Rose-Raspberry Shrub

This is a summer mocktail that could very easily become a summer cocktail, depending on your mood. It’s inspired by our Creative Director Thomas Frebel’s habit of splashing his sparkling water with a bit of Wild Rose Vinegar. Take a sip, and it'll be hard to go back to your usual can of flavored seltzer.
Ingredients
330 ml sparkling water
12 raspberries
½ bunch mint
½ lime, thinly sliced
3 tbsp simple syrup
4 tbsp Wild Rose Vinegar
Method
- In a shaker, add your raspberries and mint. Crush them well with any tool that will do the job. Add the simple syrup and Wild Rose Vinegar, and cover with ice. Close the shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture has properly cooled.
- Add ice to a glass of choice and pour in the liquid. Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.
