Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce Coleslaw

An excellent coleslaw to please a crowd and complement everything on their plates. It’s relatively light on the mayo, since we love the combination of yogurt and Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce and think you might, too.

Ingredients

2 carrots, grated 
½ red cabbage, finely sliced 
½ pointed cabbage, finely sliced 
1 bunch spring onion, finely sliced 
1 lemon, zested and juiced  
4 tbsp mayonnaise 
3 tbsp Greek yoghurt 
salt, to taste  
3 tbsp Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce 

Method
  • Add the cabbage, carrots, and spring onion to a large mixing bowl.  
  • Add the lemon zest and juice, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce. Season generously with salt and toss well until nicely incorporated. This dish can be prepared ahead of time to ensure more time with your guests!
